Refunds and Returns
Customers may return wine orders for a 100% refund within 2 weeks of delivery date. Thereafter the 2 week window, no refund will be permitted.
In order to receive 100% refund, customers must send the full case (5 un-opened bottles and 1 open bottle) back to fulfillment center. Return postage is the customers responsibility.
**Please note, conservation donation (R300,00 per 6-bottle case) is non-refundable on all pre-sold red wines.
