2025 Tim Atkin Report: Rosé Discovery of the Year
100% Mourvèdre
Natural fermentation takes place in old 300L French oak barrels for 8 weeks. Once dry, the wine is aged in stainless on the fine lees for 8 months before going to bottle.
This yields a vibrantly aromatic, complex wine that continues to evolve in the glass with each sip.
