Pétillant Naturel. Méthode ancestrale. OG bubbles. This style of wine is the old school, original, and NATURAL way of producing a bottle-fermented sparkling wine.
Unlike the the traditional, Champagne, or MCC methods where the wine is fermented dry, then bottled where sugar and yeast is added to create the secondary ferment – the beautiful sparkle in this wine is created by the natural sugars of the grape and the natural yeasts in the vineyard.
While the primary fermentation is underway and the sugar level is slowly dropping, this wine is closely monitored. When the sugar drops to just the right point, the wine is bottled during that active ferment. It then finishes fermentation in bottle allowing for the perfect bubble to form.
Meant to be released and enjoyed young, this wine is youthful, elegant, and simply delicious.
A bouquet of red berries and subtle hints of spice and vanilla lead you to a palate of violets, raspberries, watermelon, and a lingering, zesty finish.

Such a beautiful bubbly. I’ve never had a Pét-Nat before and this one has certainly made a fan out of me. Subtle and stunning packaging to match the taste, really just adds to the magic. 10/10 would recommend
